I launched Wedding Trader alongside my business partner Jade in 2017. The product is designed to give wedding retailers and industry professionals support and advice and introduce them to new products and services. This digital magazine is distributed through a database of bridal boutiques via e-newsletters that link readers back to our website to read. Published bi-monthly.
My main responsibilities include all aspects of the magazine design, liaising with fashion designers and the editor to create a balanced layout, with eye-catching typography, and harmonious colour schemes, to align with the magazine’s content. I also update the wordpress website, digitise the magazine, upload content to issuu, and add videos and external links to the content.
I design MPUs and site takeovers for clients using Ad Rotate Pro to provide performance feedback when the campaign has ended. For our advertisers I also design e-newsletters and campaigns on Mailchimp and distribute them through our database.
I created a series of short interviews with dress designers at the UK's premier wedding trade and press exhibition; London Bridal Week.

These films were used on both our socials and also embedded into the digital magazine. These Interactive features enhanced the editorial and provided additional information and dynamic content.
